Quick update, we are still in gulfstream class, Spoke to Cleo, he said he still controls 100% of his hanger, he said air
center's hanger is to small for his operation, since his caravan doesn't fit in hanger,. He offered us to sub lease from him,
you are correct,,, he can't afford what he has, my gut tells me, he's only going to pay port authority a 1/3 of hanger
rent, and use 100% of hanger since its a mess of junk in the hanger, When he pulls his caravan in the hanger, the wing
span fills the entire hanger.
