you are correct (and sorry i missed research) on asphalt =ricing and it appears prices have gone down in US 25-30% from
March =015 (when Jeffers priced) to Jan 2016 that 25% reduction =hould be a 100,000 decrease in his pricing we are
=peaking at 12pm and i will push for that amount
