I have an interesting restructuring of a large company that we can do- the =anker is a close friend and has asked me to
put a group together. The comp=ny has has approx 400 million of revenue and makes 90 million of ebitda - =e could get
control through buying the debt at significant discounts in a =egotiated transaction ... Can intake you through this after
our lunch mond=y? The equity needed for control is not significant ....how are you ...?
