Millenium allows quarterly withdrawals — notice by Jan 1 for March 31, 2015
Apollo VIP allows quarterly withdrawals — notice by Jan 25 for March 31, 2015
Anchorage allows withdrawals on annual anniversary — notice by April 2 for June 30, 2015
Canyon allows annual calendar year withdrawal
