Medical space are floors 1-20 and are all for =edical Staff affiliated with Mt. Sinai He was =naware of any vacant space in
Medical and did not even know who to =efer me to for that
In residential tower they have 2 vacancies and he said we =ould use as office if we would like:
2 bdrm $7,095 per month (39th floor) =nbsp;- approximately 1200 sq ft (see attached =loorplan)
2 bdrm $7,295 per month (43rd floor) - approximately 1200 sq =t (see attached floorplan)
