I just got received an approval for a parts kit to be sent to me to
avoid having to send in the projector for repair. They will let me
know on Monday when they actually have the pans in hand when they
will be shipping them out. The Service Manager told me the pans arc
in very high demand because they are selling these projectors so fast.
This is why she does not want to give me an exact shipping date until
she has them in hand. I will let you know as soon as she calls me
back.
Still waiting on an answer on the 3D projector upgrade
