Mental Health Facility, The VITEMA Headquarters, and many ... Synagogue, Balbo Construction for the VI Public Finance Authority Office Building and Apex
Construction for the restoration of Lieutenant Governor Office Building on St. Thomas.

Attached is the proposal for the Maintenance Building by Apex Construction. The cost is very favorable for that
structure. Although I don't have my notes handy ... with a slab on grade to link the two buildings. As
before, we recommend Apex Construction be selected for this project. Let me know how to proceed.

three Bidders that are proposing on the shop buildings are Custom
Builders, Apex Construction, and Balbo Construction. All are very reputable
Contractors that have built many substantial projects ... several weeks ago.
