Yeah, that doesn't sound right. CART did this once last winter, but screwed it up, and we couldn't use it in the format they
made ... have nothing. And I have personally been on calls with the SSA and the CART folks since early April
about fixing this problem, and they always promise ... York devices. We have kept pushing the timeline back for this option, hoping that CART
will finalize, but I think at this point we should have a vendor
