In April 2017 Palestinian Media Watch (PMW) submitted a complaint to both the Disciplinary
Committee and the Ethics Committee of FIFA against the Palestinian Football Association ... using discriminatory words."
It's important to note, that the action in FIFA's disciplinary committee was initiated by a private
organization, like PMW, named FARE (Football Against Racism ... Europe). The decision of
FIFA's disciplinary committee was handed down in less than a month from the event and
receipt of the complaint.

Mr. Gianni Infantino, President of FIFA, PMW noted
