catalytic converter has the same US part# and that the EGR System (exhaust circulation system) has the same
US parts#. (Note: some cars don't have ... EGR system so there would be no conversion requirement).
Also, any previous changes made to the vehicle would have to be reviewed to determine whether they comply
with US standards
