(v) The "FounderDesignee" shall be the individual designated by the
Founding Academic Advisors (as defined below) holding ... Advisors"
means Alexis Borisy, Eric Lander, Todd Golub, Levi Garraway and Matthew Meyerson. The
FounderDesignee shall initially be Alexis Borisy.
(vi) Each - Independent Designee" shall be an individual designated
