Privium I has the following rights/assets:
• 25% of the common equity of Elona Biotechnology (Elona is
a sub S corporation with no debt and one class ... Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan,
Uzbekistan, Turkey, Bulgaria, Brazil, and renegotiation rights to Japan.
