of Dr. Philip Stieg, Chief of Neurosurgery. She is being operated on this morning to clamp
off a bleeding aneurysm ... alert enough to recognize him and talk to him and
to Dr. Stieg. She knows what is happening to her, though of course she is now under an
anesthetic
