Subbase Drydock was instructed to remove rudder assembly, consisting of upper rudder
bearings, rudder arm, steering ... were found to be wont, bushings were out of round, and parts
severely rusted.
Subbase Drydock cleaned all parts. and reinstalled same. Repair costs were discussed and
it was determined
