Below ... hardware I need to install WiFi for Lesley's home in CT—one combo pack, two extra base routers

There is virtually no cell service within the house and there are several wifi dead spots around the house
that can prevent the staff from getting the doorbell notification txts ... other clients recently installed this — it
works for them, but their environment has strong wifi).
My concerns with the Nest / Ring solutions are:

We had the Google WiFi devices on Jeffrey's third floor for a while—I wasn't impressed. Hardware wise ... mesh device, in that you still can't have them in daisy chain / railroad wifi configuration.
In other words, if WAP1 is plugged into the modem, WAP2 can be wireless
