General Terms & Conditions
Contractor to provide
1. Grout to prime the pump and delivery system.

2. Pump able concrete mix.
3. Labor for setup and cleanup of delivery system.
4. Suitable access onto and of f of the jobsite (provide. wrecker, bulldozer etc. if situation dictates).
5. Responsibility for any loss of delivery systems (pipes, clamps, gaskets, elbows, hoses etc.).
6. Labor to man hose.
7, Safe working conditions (operator reserves the right to cease operations should equipment or conditions prove unsafe).
Terms of Payment
Net Invoice is due on delivery date. Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection fees in addition to a delinquent fee of I.5%
per month if collection proceedings ore initiated.
"Note: Customers will be allowed ten (10) - Fifteen (15) minutes per truck (8-10 cubic yards) free unloading time after
arrival of concrete truck to pump. Any delay caused by customer over this time will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per
hour. If driver is asked to drive off main road onto private property the customer accepts full responsibility for any and all
damage to any property, including but not limited to sidewalks, fences, septic tanks, power lines, phone lines etc. We do every-
thing possible to provide our customers with trouble free equipment; however Hi-Tech Concrete Pumping, LLC. Will not be held
Liable for any loss time, Labor and/or materials due to any mechanical failure.
The person, corporation or entity signing this contract hos full and complete authority to act for and on behalf of the owner and
to legally bind the owner for the performance of this contact in its entirety.
By signing this contract the owner, whether acting individually or through his/her/its duly authorized agent agrees to pay Hi-
Tech Concrete Pumping, LLC. at the rote specified for both the hourly rate and the per cubic yard rate but in no e ess than
the miniinutn specified rate.
