Customer agrees to pay reasonable collection fees in addition to a delinquent fee of 1.5% per month if collection proceedings are initiated. *Note: Customers will be allowed ten (JO) - Fifteen (!5) minutes per truck (9-10 cubic yards) free unloading time after arrival of concrete truck to pump. Any delay caused by customer over this time will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour. If driver is asked to drive off main road onto private property the customer accepts full responsibility for any and all damage to any property, including but not limited to sidewalks, fences, septic tanks, power lines, phone lines etc. We do every- thing possible to provide our customers with trouble free equipment; however Hi-Tech Concrete Pumping, LLC. Will not be held Liable for ony loss time, Labor and/or materials due to ony mechanical failure. The person, corporation or entity signing this contract hos full and complete authority to act for and on behalf of the owner and to legally bind the owner for the performance of this contact in its entirety.
