I. Lights in courtyard. We have sunken lights to replace these. Electrician couldn't install them last week. He's
due back tomorrow.
2. Miguel is patching stucco on that wall tomorrow morning including where old stair was. Then wall will be
repainted.
3.Stairs are 42 inches wide. Remember that they descend to a deck that is only 9 feet wide. If we had brought
them to wall we would have had to relocate a lot of equipment. I made a judgment call.
4.Upper terrace will have railing that matches stair railing by Friday.
5. Room could be gym or other use.
6. I don't think more Windows will bring more light to kitchen because it only gets indirect light.. I am trying
yellow and the big table as a way to give the room a warm personality rather than the severe white scheme it
was.
