I spoke to Barry last Friday afternoon. He asked about the trust financial statements and an update of his trust
chart which Rich had promised some time ago. Rich J. had just left for vacation. I asked Rich D. to work on the
statements. On Wednesday of this week he told me they were done and ready for Rich J's review upon his return.
I believe he also put some effort into updating Barry's chart, though not sure whether that's been finished. On the
same call Barry and I agreed we would institute monthly calls with the trustees- he said no formal agenda was
necessary, he seeks a continuing dialog.
