Dear Jeffrey, The outstanding Molyneux items:
Leather for window panels and door panels.
Change two solid doors to match open doors at bookcases at end of room.
Additional wood panels for entry doors to match existing paneling.
Faux painting of painted window frames to match the paneling.
Painted canvas panels for remainder of ceiling. Or alternate solution for the ceiling.
I believe that the alteration of the paneling at the entry door surrounds should be at no cost to you, it is a
molyneux miscoordination, also the fillers between the windows and thepaneling should be included at no cost,
the windows are the size and location specified by Molyneux.
Desk and furniture by Molyneux. Terrace furniture at office.
Carpet or rug by Molyneux.
