i have received a lot of hate mail off the Reuters piece but something
about yours caught my eye, so i am responding

It is heinous to engage women in sex before any part of them has sexually
matured—that meant-60 years ago, that touching a 17 year old girl or
hying to induce her to have sex was heinous
done now at age 14 or 15 i do not regard it "AS HEINOUS" just as i said
as far as your talking about my family, i have two sons and 3 daughters
(and 8 grandchildren)-all have been taught from an early age about the
reality of sex so i have never faced these problems as a parent—if i were,
yes i would take on the perpetrator but i would also criticize myself for
failing to raise my children properly—that is, in a way that protects
their interests
perhaps you come from a different world in which children are not taught
and protected as they should be, in which case, shame on you
