Attached are the governing instruments for AP Narrows LP and NAR Investments LLC, together with summary term
sheets. There are no substantive changes from the last drafts sent to you. I am getting ready to send the documents to
Leon for signature but wanted to be sure you were on board with the documents and that you had all your concerns
addressed. You previously raised an issue regarding the indemnification language in the documents and I wanted to be
sure Alan fully addressed this for you. Please let me know if I may send the documents to Leon for signature.
