With thanks for your patience, I'm sending along (attached to this email) a summary of our conversation last
Saturday, attempting to clearly lay out the provisions that were agreed upon with respect to the disposition of
Noam's estate by means of a revised will and with the establishment of separate trusts for Valeria's exclusive
benefit and for Noam's intellectual property. The new memorandum builds upon the one that we reviewed
on Saturday (which I have also attached to this email for reference) and the new memorandum also reflects
comments and suggestions from the Bainco team (who have reviewed several iterations of the memorandum
and added good suggestions throughout this week).
Once you've had a chance to look over the attachments to this email, please get back to me with comments,
questions or corrections. Once I have the green light from Noam I will start to draft the final documents to
accomplish all of this.
