In connection with Magritte purchase made by the APO2 Declaration in July and the Sacks purchases made by the APO1
Agreement in September, the Trustees would like Leon to memorialize his advice to them that the trusts purchase these
works. Heather and I prepared the attached memorandum for Leon's signature. If he approves of the documents, please
ask him to kindly sign them. Thank you.
