You should be able to see all of them at with the account. They're broken out this way so you can order NY ASAP, and stagger the other purchases out if needed. My only question is whether we need two for NY, since there's an iMac on the 5th floor office as well as on the 6th floor theatre room? For Zorro, Paris and Palm Beach, lets ship each of them one of these shipping kits: @ $50 each Have the boxes shipped directly to each of the houses and have them put the existing machines in and ship off to us in NY. As I migrate each one, I'll load up the new iMac in its shipping box from Apple and we can send them to their new homes ready to be unpacked, and plugged in and go. Figure 2-3 hours of my time per iMac (less if I can do multiple machines at the same time, obviously), and shipping being way more expensive than any of us would like. (By the way, I looked but there doesn't seem to be a way to determine whether these iMac configurations would be in stock in Paris. It seems very unlikely since they're not in stock in any of the NYC stores.) The battery needs replacing and she's tight on storage space. As a baseline, the 13" MacBook Air with Core i7 CPU, 8GB RAM (the max) and 512GB storage is $1,749.00 + $250 for AppleCare. 1-3 day to ship. The logistics of the iMac upgrades are a challenge. We have three choices: 1. Buy cardboard shipping boxes for Zorro, Paris, + Florida and have them ship the machines to NY for me to migrate the data. I will go down to the island and handle the 5 machines there (air flight cost vs shipping cost of 5 machines). If desired, we can send 5 boxes down & I can pack them up to be returned to NYC — but it might make more sense to donate them to an island charity for the write off. The boxes are around $50 each. 2. We buy one $750 pro shipping case and send it back and forth between the properties (send to Brice empty, have him return it full, ship him the new machine in its new box and send the box to FL, etc.). Still going to the island. And 3. I basically fly in to each site and do the upgrades there. I don't trust anyone to do the upgrades for me.
