thought it may be worth both of us reviewing attached reports from John 1.5 years ago to see if anything useful..
i agree with you that we all spend way to much time on LSJ and very inefficient
my view is that brice and karen do not communicate and work in their own silos which do not allow the other 8
hard working and devote people (daphne, una, jeanne, jermaine, kyle, glidden, anna and myself) spending time
on LSJ to all coordinate, communicate and be productive
brice and karen would rather blame any of us for something not happening then getting it done..or make up a
story...
i also believe that the glidden and kyle are both held back from being effective leaders as they are forced to
march to brice and karen beat
i think if you were to ask other individuals spending tine on LSJ they all would have the same conclusion..
i know anna is not the solution but think maybe we should begin talking with stemlicht about candidates now as
opposed to waiting till January
i am happy to speak to brice about anything you would like however his responses will be one of the following:
I) do whatever you want..
2) email you and copy karen by saying that i or someone else caused issue in some form or fashion
3) lie and makeup dates or reasons why things have not been done..
