Jay sent over his revised big to include painting, plumbing, electrical, cistern, materials and labor. He can do the
excavation but it is not included in this proposal, jewels will be able to get it done in a few days. All in he came
to 170K. Please let me know if you would like to proceed, he has a crew on standby. Thank you.
