attached is quote for palms and sod i sent earlier in the week
items still have not been ordered since i have not received your approval
the palm quote should have been changed to reflect three IV palms and seven 12' palms
(quote below has it reversed with seven l5'palms and three 2'palms - J will have them change that)
the price remained at 250 for both the IT and IS'
total cost 2.500
the sod quote reflected the change in quantity to 29,000 sq feet at 0.37 per sq ft - total cost 10,880 (with 150 inspection charge)
i know when we met you said price should be 0.20 however vendor would not budge on pricing
vendor states that their actual rate for 2012 is 47 cents per square foot - they am offering it to LSJ at 37 cents per square foot
In nov 2011 we paid 0.35 per square foot and they would not even honor that price
please advise
