i know when we met you said price should be 0.20 however vendor would not budge on pricing
vendor states that their actual ratc for 2012 is 47 cents per square foot - they are offering it to LSJ at 37 cents per square foot
In nov 2011 we paid 0.35 per square foot and they would not even honor that price
please advise
