Jeffrey hope all is well. We reached out to eileen last week to get the art
information going and in the process she had questions for laura about how a
credit facility might work so laura got on the phone with her and ada to
discuss and sent over the facility memo. I havn't heard anything since and
wanted to make sure we are coordinated and check in with you before we
follow-up with eileen. Any guidance or direction would be appreciated.
