Richard:
Regarding our conversation this morning we cannot move forward on any new work
that was agreed upon as per my meeting with the principal last week until we are paid
in full for work completed back in September for the media room, that being repair and
labor of the shades. I've attached the invoice once again and after receiving the
$4838.61 from you we are still owed $2449.68, please pay this outstanding amount so
the next 2 agreed upon phases (see below) can be completed before the principal
returns.
• Install new receiver and new remote in media room and configure to the
system
• Upgrade the gym system, holding off on a new TV until newer models
come out in early 2013
