I spoke with today and she confirmed that the STC application would not be heard
until November, in part because there is a scheduled for the TIF project in STX which limited the
time available for applications and the EDC will not have completed their review in time to submit
the application to the Commissioners for adequate review prior to the hearing.
She is going to let me know the November date asap.
