Regarding our conversation this morning we cannot move =orward on any new work that was agreed upon as
per my meeting with the =rincipal last week until we are paid in full for work completed back in =eptember for the
media room, that being repair and labor of the shades. ='ve attached the invoice once again and after receiving the
$4838.61 =rom you we are still owed $2449.68, please pay this outstanding amount =o the next 2 agreed upon phases
(see below) can be completed before the =rincipal returns.
Upgrade =he gym system, holding off on a new TV until newer models come out in =arty 2013
